Insurance Claim Coordination

Our approach focuses on repair documentation, claim communication, and clear next steps for customers.

Billing Coordination

For authorized repairs, we help coordinate billing and repair documentation with the insurer involved in the claim. Deductibles and policy decisions remain between the customer and carrier.

Claims Assistance

From initial digital estimate filing to final carrier approval, our collision advisors guide you through every step of the documentation process.

Hassle-Free Coordination

We coordinate Enterprise rental car pickup and drop-off at our shop when arranged, and help schedule adjuster inspections at the facility.

What to Watch For During an Insurance Claim

Some claim conversations can sound like instructions when they are really recommendations. These prompts help customers slow the conversation down, ask for written support, and understand who is responsible for the repair warranty.

Quick Customer Script

"Is that a recommendation or a requirement? If it is a requirement, please show me where my policy says that. If warranty coverage is being discussed, please tell me who provides the warranty and what it covers."

Read Florida Statute Section 626.9743

If you hear: "Take it to this shop."

Ask whether this is a recommendation or a policy requirement. If someone says it is required, ask for the policy language or written explanation.

If you hear: "You have to leave the car here."

Ask who is requiring that and why. A customer should understand whether the vehicle is being held by choice, by repair authorization, by storage policy, or by an insurer instruction.

If you hear: "You will not get our warranty."

Ask who provides the repair warranty, what work is covered, and whether the warranty comes from the shop performing the repair or another party.

If you hear: "The insurer will not pay unless you use our shop."

Ask for the specific policy language and the estimate basis in writing. Florida Statute Section 626.9743 addresses motor vehicle claim settlement practices, including when an insurer specifically requires a repair shop.
